CANCELLATION POLICIES OF CATAMARAN TOUR:
Individual: 30 days before the tour date 100% refund / 29 days before or less: NO RETURN – Groups apply the same policies as individual reservations – In case of having to cancel the tour due to bad weather or any cause outside of our control, it will be reprogrammed and NO refund will be paid. Modifications of reservations already paid, will not have any type of refund. Changes in the reservation date must be made no later than 48 hours before the date of the tour, otherwise the change will NOT be made. In case of not obtaining the minimum number of people required for the qualification of the tour, a new reservation date will be coordinated with the client, NO RETURN.
